We've done two deals with Vintage so far. We've found them to very responsive, professional and easy to work with. They usually respond within a few hours to requests for additional information. They're very transparent. They're good at regular updates including detailed project numbers. We look forward to doing many more investments with them.

"Vintage diversified MFH fund, solid cash flow and geographic spread"
I've known one of the Vintage partners for 20 years. Was a top student when we were classmates in boarding school and university. My father built his career in commercial real estate so I've always had access to high quality deals that he brought me, but this is one I brought him and he's also done multiple investments. Some with Vintage and some with other efforts they're involved in. We've both had great returns due to the executional consistency and competency of the team. I've been investing with them over 5 investments since 2014. They're very professional and helpful when I had questions for due diligence or clarifications. I have recommended them to several of my friends who have spare capital to invest and wanted something different from public markets and venture capital.

"Highly recommended"
I've had allocations with Vintage's Private Credit and MHP funds for over a year now - investment process is easy, team is quick to respond to help work through any funding issues, and the returns have been excellent ... as advertised or better, paid out on time or early, like clockwork every month. I've already recommended them to several friends (including an RIA), and plan to increase my allocations in future.
