Overview
The Hickory Creek SMART Flex Fund is constantly vetting deals for our own portfolio and our partner investors. Currently, we are raising for a private credit fund which focuses on restoring and sometimes placing mobile homes on empty lots in existing mobile home parks. This is an amortizing loan which returns principal along with interest, putting more money back in our pockets quicker. The IRR calculates at around 12% for our investors. These loans should run around 4-6 years, but capital could be returned sooner.
